understanding concerning proper fitness training.
- Exercise Prescription Design --» Assimilation, Dosage Assignment,
& Unit Conversion
- Assimilation --» need to combine all information
- Dosage --» prescribe the intensity, duration, frequency, and mode
- Unit Conversion --» convert information into meaningful units for the
participant to use and apply.
- Exercise Implementation --» Dosage Application & Control
- Ensure that the dosage is proper and ensure that you monitor that the
program participant maintains proper work levels.
