This page will give each activity's -- Assigned date, Title, Turn-in
date/time, File Turn-in name and Activity description. In addition, some
activities may have a linked document giving further details. See Important
filename and e-mail CONVENTIONS.
Provide a brief response stating your understanding of each of the following questions:
What is the difference between exercise & physical activity & health?
What does it mean to be well? What does it mean to be fit?
What does it take for an individual to obtain a level of fitness that helps them be well?
Are athletes fit? Are they well?
You are encouraged to develop and build your own personalized Wellness, Conditioning, and Nutritional reference system. Things to include are all materials provided in class (all handouts, activities submitted in hard copy and any other information you acquire relevant to this course) and additional information that interests you. Organize information into meaningful categories that would allow for efficient retrieval of information.
